Workday® Applications and Add-ins Privacy Statement
The Workday Applications and Add-ins Privacy Statement describes the processing of personal information by applications and add-ins provided by Workday on the Microsoft Office Store. These applications and add-ins are designed for use by and configurable by Workday customers. If you have any questions regarding this privacy statement, contact email@example.com.
Workday’s applications and add-ins may obtain information from and/or access data stored by these applications, add-ins or your device to provide the requested services. Information such as tenant name, Client ID, and IP address will enable the application and add-ins to seamlessly connect and interact with the Workday Service. For example, the Microsoft Project Add-in will allow you to import and export project information between Microsoft Project and the Workday Service, and the Workday for Outlook application will allow you to complete simple Workday tasks within Outlook without launching the Workday Service.
The availability of these services is subject to your Workday tenant configuration. The information that is accessed or obtained by Workday via the application or add-in may be affected by the configuration of your Workday tenant. Additionally, information access or obtained by the application or add-in may be accessible by your Company.
